By accessing or purchasing products, services, coaching, programs, memberships, courses, or resources from Lion Crest Leadership LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Educational Purpose

The Legacy Leadership Academy and all Lion Crest Leadership programs are provided for educational, leadership development, coaching, and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding specific personal, professional, leadership, business, or financial results. Your success depends on your individual effort, implementation, circumstances, and commitment.

Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, worksheets, resources, downloads, presentations, coaching materials, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, or republished without written permission.

Membership Access

Membership access is granted according to the terms of the purchased program.

We reserve the right to modify, update, improve, or discontinue portions of programs as needed.

Coaching Sessions

If coaching sessions are included with your purchase:

  • Sessions must be scheduled by the participant.
  • Included sessions expire after twelve (12) months unless otherwise specified.
  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointments may be forfeited at our discretion.

Community Guidelines

Participants agree to engage respectfully with instructors, guests, and fellow members.

Harassment, abusive behavior, spam, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from a program or community without refund.

Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the selected payment option.

For payment plans, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided to proprietary materials, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability
